Abstract
This paper explores a multi-user downlink scheduling and power allocation strategy for urban air mobility (UAM) within a 6G non-terrestrial network (NTN) that integrates satellite and ground networks. We focus on maximizing the sum rate by addressing link association, power, elevation angle, and quality-of-service constraints. The approach first reduces interference by segregating satellite-serviced users, then converts the GS link association problem into a minimum-cost maximum-flow problem using a graph-theoretical method. The non-convex power allocation problem is tackled with iterative algorithms. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed methods in managing interference in multi-UAM and multi-GS environments, offering a robust framework for future UAM operations in 6G NTN.
